Christmas Tree Hunt

We found a great new Christmas tree farm this year. It's close to town, cheap, and has nice trees. What was expected to take 2 hours only took half and hour. It was awesome! Did I mention that it was cheap? We had been having torrential downpours for a few days so there were lots of puddles for the boys. That was probably their favorite part of getting the tree!

This was supposed to be taken in front of our tree but Quinn refused to stand where we wanted him so we all moved over. It was that or a family picture without Quinn in in!

Quinn supervising!

Good thing Uncle David is in town to help carry the tree!

Our decorated trees tend to be kind of funny looking. Glass and other breakable ornaments on the top, wooden and knit ornaments in the middle and nothing on the bottom. The boys have still broken 4 Old World ornaments and a few non-glass ones. Sigh. I've been tempted to have an ornament-less tree this year. Was thinking of popcorn and cranberry strings but Jack and Nolan would both eat them. So we just have to keep an eye on the boys near the tree, especially Nolan!
